CANCELLATION, RETURNS & SHIPPING

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A 25% restocking fee will apply, calculated based on the value of the unit only. Freight charges are non-refundable.

 

If the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), CORE will cover the return shipping costs.

 

Refunds are typically processed within four weeks from the time you return the package. This includes:

 

5 to 10 business days for the return to reach us

3 to 5 business days for processing

5 to 10 business days for your bank to process the refund

To initiate a return, submit a request through our website from your order history. If you’re unable to do so, please Contact Us with your order number and product details. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.

 

Orders canceled before shipment are subject to a 5% or $500 cancellation fee, which ever is the greater of the two and any applicable freight cancellation charges. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process outlined above.

 

We ship to most locations worldwide, but some products have shipping restrictions or cannot be shipped internationally.

 

At checkout, we provide estimated shipping and delivery dates based on product availability and destination. Depending on the shipping provider, we will communicate estimated shipping times. Most deliveries are completed within 5 to 7 business days from the order date.

 

Shipping rates are determined based on the weight and dimensions of the item.
